In association with Cisco, Real Business magazine is searching for the UK's first ever
Customer Kings.
This high-profile hunt for the UK's top customer-focused businesses
will culminate in a special edition of Real Business magazine, which
will celebrate and profile the very best entrants.
During December, Real Business and Cisco want you to tell us why
your customers love you. This isn't just about customer service − it's
about the innovative ways that you're interacting and engaging with
your customers, turning what could be a bland, faceless transaction
into a genuine experience that keeps them coming back for more.
Why should you enter?
The 24
best entries will be profiled in a Real Business special edition in
February 2009, giving you the chance to tell the UK why your business
excels at innovative customer engagement.
What are we looking for?
Firms that are doing things
differently, smartly and brilliantly when it comes to engaging with
their customers. From online retailers who help their customers out of
hours, to up-and-coming brands that are building the best connections
with their clients, we want to hear from everyone who has a claim on
being a Customer King.
Who will decide who wins?
An expert judging panel
comprising of some of the UK's best innovators, entrepreneurs and
journalists will meet in January to decide which 24 companies deserve
to be our first ever Customer Kings.
